Kathleen Livingston graduated from San Diego State University in 2010 earning her B.A. in Social Sciences. She then went to LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center where she graduated Cum Laude in May 2014. During law school, Kathleen interned for the Honorable Judge Charlene Day at East Baton Rouge’s Family Court. Kathleen participated in LSU’s Civil Mediation Clinic and holds 40 hours of general mediation training. Before she became part of the Broussard & Hart team she clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Ulysses G. Thibodeaux at Louisiana’s Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Kathleen was born in Chicago, IL and lived in Mandeville, LA during her younger years. Her family moved to San Diego, CA for 10 years preceding law school. When she isn’t working, Kathleen enjoys playing with her dog, hiking, drawing, and reading.
