Dalton Hinton – Marketing Manager/Office Manager

Dalton Hinton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sam Houston High School in 2012, and attended McNeese State University, where he graduated in 2016. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration Degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport and is a current member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Association. As marketing manager, he oversees all advertising, special events, online and digital marketing, community outreach, and public affairs. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching scary movies. Although fairly new to the firm, we are happy to have him a part of the team and excited to see his future with our company.


Colleen Morris Boutte – Receptionist

Colleen graduated from Lake Charles Boston High School, and attended McNeese State University. Although a recent addition to the Broussard & Hart family, she has already endeared herself to our clients- we are constantly receiving compliments on her welcoming nature! Colleen loves the experience and feels as though she learns so much everyday. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys reading inspirational books, bike rides, listening to music, as well as spending time with her husband, family, and friends.


Susie DeVillier – Accountant 

Susie is a graduate of Eunice High School and has been the accountant at Broussard & Hart for over 8 years. What she enjoys most about her job is seeing the satisfaction in the clients’ faces when we settle a case.  Susie’s effervescent and easygoing nature makes for a great addition to the firm.   Outside of work, Susie enjoys gardening, being outdoors, watching sports, and listening to music.


Rachel M. Koonce – Paralegal to Steven Broussard

Rachel has been a paralegal at Broussard & Hart for ten years. A Sulphur native, she graduated from Sulphur High School and went on to obtain her degree in Paralegal Studies from McNeese State University. Rachel enjoys her work as it gives her an opportunity to help people through what can be a traumatic experience.  Having 23 years of experience in the legal field and being a natural encyclopedia, Rachel is the firm’s “go-to” paralegal for the staff’s questions.  Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading and is an avid LSU sports fan.

According to Rachel: “Steven doesn’t back down from a complicated case or a fight with opposing counsel when the need arises.” 


Phil Darby – Case Manager

Phil was born in Sulphur, LA. He graduated from Sulphur High School and then went on to attend McNeese State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in General Business. Phil worked for State Farm Insurance for 30 years as a claims specialist. Phil’s experience in the auto claims field has been very valuable in helping our clients receive the compensation they deserve! When Phil is not working at Broussard & Hart, he enjoys camping with friends, playing golf, and spending time with family. He also is an avid follower or McNeese and LSU sports.


Linda Raynor – Paralegal to Aaron Broussard

Linda graduated from LaGrange High School and attended McNeese State University before having a very successful career as a paralegal. Working in the legal field for 35 years, and specifically for Broussard & Hart for 4 years, Linda brings a wealth of legal knowledge to the firm.  Linda says what she enjoys most about being a paralegal is the satisfaction you feel when you assist a client to a successful outcome of their case. In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and shopping.

Emily Guillotte – Paralegal to Aaron Broussard                                    

Emily Guillotte graduated from Westlake High School in 2010. She then graduated Magna Cum Laude from McNeese State University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. When she isn’t busy at work she likes to spend as much time as possible with her friends and family. She also loves to watch sports with her husband and is our resident Seattle Seahawks fan.

According to Emily: “One of the most important things I noticed about Aaron when I started working for him is his strong communication with his clients.  He makes certain his clients are aware of what is going on with their case every step of the way.” 


Rebecca Rodgers – Paralegal to Lauren Brossette

Rebecca is a graduate of Bolton High School, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Louisiana College. She also received an Associate’s degree from McNeese State University in paralegal studies in 2005. She enjoys her job because she feels that the plaintiff side of law is life changing and is a rewarding experience to help others. The firm benefits from Rebecca’s impressive multitasking and attention to detail skills. Outside of work, Rebecca likes to read, participate in gymnastics, and play softball with her children.


Catherine Johnson – Paralegal to Randall E. Hart

Catherine is a graduate of Westlake High School, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from McNeese State University. She enjoys her job because she feels the staff at Broussard & Hart is very caring and everyday has a new challenge.  The firm benefits from Catherine’s impressive natural skill at research.  Outside of work, Catherine likes to watch sports, and spend time with family and friends.

Luci Durio – Paralegal to Randall E. Hart

Luci was born in Lake Charles, LA. She graduated from Barbe High School and then when on to attend McNeese State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Luci has two years of experience in asbestos litigation. Luci has also been apart of the Volunteer for the Fresh Start Initiative Program put on by the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney’s office. When Luci is not working at Broussard & Hart, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with loved ones.


Hunter Forman – Runner

Hunter is a graduate of Sulphur High School and is currently attending McNeese State University working on his Bachelor’s degree in English. Hunter is our liaison with the Court House, delivering, filing, and receiving files. He also performs other tasks that contribute to the law firm running smoothly on a daily basis including helping out with social media. Hunter feels as though he works with the friendliest and most professional people he’s ever met.  In his spare time, Hunter enjoys playing music, playing tennis, and reading.
